Introduction
These Terms and conditions apply to this website and group trips organized by Sun Chasing Travelers.
Binding
By booking a group trip thru this website, you at this moment agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. In some particular cases, we can also ask you to agree explicitly.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total price is charged upon booking to secure your spot. The remaining amount will be automatically debited from the same means of payment at the time indicated during the booking process but no later than 70 days before the start date.
Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellation by the organizer
The organizer decides no later than 60 days before the start of the group trip whether it will be carried out or not. If the group trip is canceled, the entire amount paid until then will be refunded.
Cancellation by the participants
Participants can cancel the booking no later than 70 days before the start date. In this case, the entire amount paid until then will be refunded.
If a participant decides to cancel his/her booking later than 70 days before the start date, no refund can be made for administrative reasons.
Cancellation must be made in writing via email to hello@sunchasingtravelers.com.
Booking before 3. March 2023
You only pay the deposit of $899 to secure your spot.
Automatic payment of outstanding amount
On the 3rd of March, 2023 (70 days before the start date), the outstanding amount will be debited from your credit card.
Booking after 3. March 2023
When booking after the 3rd of March, 2023, the total cost needs to be paid upon booking and the trip is non-refundable.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
